5.09.2018 – III International Forum on Enforcement Proceedings

The first private enforcement officers have finally started their practice in Ukraine. The great hope for implementation of the judicial reform has been put on their shoulders.  However as of today the number of private enforcement officers who has passed the qualification exam and received the corresponding certificate is increasing rather slowly. What is the reason for such personnel shortage? What are the first results of the reform and how the private enforcement officer’s practice is being formed? We will give you the answers for these particular and many other relevant issues on September 5th at the III International Forum on Enforcement Proceedings.
